• RN for night shift in Emergency room.

Job Requirements

• Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Must have ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Must have PALS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Must have NRP certification active at time of start date (Only AAP accepted, renewed every 2 years).
• Must have TNCC certification.
• Must have COVID-19 vaccines and booster or completed declination.
• Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer within last 5 years).
• Annual respirator fit test required.
• Record of Hepatitis B immunizations, immune titer, or declination accepted.
• Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season.
• TB test (Q-FERON within last year or 2 TB skin tests within last year).
• Proof of Varicella immunity (vaccination/titer within last 5 years).
• Tdap vaccination required (declinations not accepted in some locations).
• Annual physical/health statement stating clear to work.
• Driver’s license, State , or Passport required.
• Must pass Prime Core Competencies Exam with 80% or higher.
• Must complete Prime Skills Checklist.
• Annual Prime Color-blind test.
• National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
• Prime Agency Attestation completed after all credentials uploaded.
• Must complete Prime SAM/EPLS search for excluded individuals.
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required.
• Must pass Prime Specialty Exam with 80% or higher.
• Signed current Prime Job Description.
• DCI/BVP training for Workplace Violence Prevention.
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test including THC) within 60 days of start.
• Glucose Training Policy completion required.

Schedule Information

• Night shift: 19:00 – 07:00

Additional Details

• 2 COVID-19 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
• Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis

  B.

• Annual Respirator fit test required.
• Flu Vaccine or declination required November 1st – March 31st.
• Physical/Health Statement must be completed annually or within 60 days of start.
• National Criminal Background Check required within one year of start date.
• Prime Agency Attestation must be completed after all other credentials are uploaded.
• Prime Drug Screening must include minimum 10 Panel WITH THC included.
• For CA locations, drug screen requires two components: 10-panel urine excluding THC and psychoactive THC saliva test.
