Job Details
- 10+ years of experience required in Case Management, Utilization Management, and Discharge Planning.
- Certified Case Manager preferred.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Both NURSYS and BON are required for nursing licenses.
Job Requirements
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- 40 hours per week.
- Weekend commitment up to every other weekend.
