Our established, fast-paced orthodontic practice is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable, and excels at guiding patients through their orthodontic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Build trust and help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment
- Coordinate case acceptance and follow-up with pending patients
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in discussing finances and closing cases
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Sales or orthodontic experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person)
