We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team specializing in printing T-shirts and hats etc with Direct-to-Film (DTF)-heat press printing, and embroidery. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and embroidery equipment to produce T-shirts with intricate designs and embroidery details.
- Prepare garments by cutting, assembling, and ensuring proper fabric alignment before printing or embroidery.
- Execute DTF printing processes, including film transfer setup, color calibration, and quality checks to ensure vibrant, durable prints.
- Manage garment construction tasks such as sewing seams, attaching labels, and finishing edges to create professional-quality apparel.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot machine issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing or warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols related to garment manufacturing, machine operation, and warehouse procedures.
Experience
- Prior experience in garment construction or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with sewing machines and sewing techniques is essential for quality production.
- Experience working with DTF printing technology or embroidery machines will be considered a strong advantage.
- Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory management and workflow organization.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
