1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

We are hiring Production Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Prior assembly experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and finished products using hand tools and light manufacturing equipment
- Package, label, bag, and prepare parts for shipment
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
- Perform basic quality and functionality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely while meeting production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools preferred
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands for assembly tasks
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
