About The Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development of intuitive, scalable, and modern user experiences across our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, with proficiency in Figma and experience working within cross-functional teams utilizing Jira and Confluence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design of next-generation security products, especially those incorporating AI-driven capabilities. The UX Designer will be instrumental in crafting seamless user journeys, developing design systems, and ensuring that AI features—such as intelligent search, automation, and recommendations—are both trustworthy and aligned with user needs. Collaboration with product management, engineering, and QA teams will be essential to translate complex requirements into effective, engaging designs that enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence within a product development environment
- Experience designing user flows and interfaces for complex digital products
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance design workflows and team productivity
- Proven track record contributing to AI-integrated products or features
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints effectively
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and platform-based products, from discovery to delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable interaction patterns
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into effective user experiences
- Document UX decisions, user flows, design rationale, and requirements in Confluence
- Support backlog refinement, story definition, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning within Jira
- Leverage AI tools to improve UX team efficiency, including ideation, research synthesis, content generation, and prototyping
- Design product experiences that incorporate AI functionalities such as intelligent search, automation, and summarization
- Ensure AI-powered features are user-friendly, trustworthy, and meet user expectations
- Participate in design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional workshops to align on design goals and strategies
