Role Description
The Vice President of Global Operations will oversee and drive operational excellence across all aspects of The Realm Restaurant Group. This full-time, remote role focuses on developing and executing strategic plans, optimizing supply chain management across locations, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high performance throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include managing teams, overseeing new initiatives, implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency, and collaborating closely with leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and experience streamlining logistics and inventory systems
- Experience in Strategic Planning and the ability to align operational capabilities with long-term business goals
- Proven ability in Project Management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams remotely
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry is a plus
