Role Description The Vice President of International Strategic Planning is a full-time remote role responsible for leading global strategic initiatives across finance and compliance functions. This role designs and oversees long-term business plans, coordinates market research efforts, and identifies growth opportunities in international markets. The Vice President will analyze market and regulatory trends, develop strategic recommendations, and present findings to executive leadership. Day-to-day activities include leading cross-functional planning sessions, managing strategic projects, aligning financial plans with compliance requirements, and ensuring that international operations support the organization’s overall business objectives. The role also involves mentoring team members, building partnerships with external stakeholders, and establishing performance metrics to track strategic outcomes.

- Strong Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to develop and implement international growth strategies.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess global trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes.
- Solid Finance expertise to align strategic initiatives with financial performance, budgeting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance-focused or regulated industries, preferably within international financial markets.
- Proven leadership experience in senior or executive roles, with a track record of managing cross-functional and remote teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple high-impact projects, and operate across time zones.
