As a key member of the core management team, the Vice President of Marketing Communications holds comprehensive responsibility for the company's global brand communication strategy, the development of marketing communication systems, and corporate brand image management. Focusing on core technology sectors—such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, distributed computing, cloud computing platforms, data security, and digital infrastructure—the incumbent will formulate and execute global marketing communication strategies to continuously enhance the company's brand awareness, industry influence, and market recognition. This role requires exceptional capabilities in brand strategy, integrated marketing communications (IMC), and digital marketing, alongside experience in managing global communications, to drive the continuous elevation of the company's brand value and corporate image.
**Job Responsibilities**
**I. Global Marketing Communication Strategy Formulation**
Formulate the company's global marketing communication strategy and annual communication plans.
Establish a unified brand communication system and global communication standards.
Define brand positioning, communication strategies, and brand development roadmaps.
Develop market communication plans and budgets aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Continuously enhance brand influence and global market recognition.
**II. Brand Building and Management**
Lead corporate brand strategic planning and brand value development.
Establish the brand identity system.
Unify the global brand image and communication guidelines.
Develop plans for brand upgrades and promotion.
Manage brand assets and continuously increase brand value.
Oversee consistent brand communication across global markets.
**III. Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)**
Establish an integrated online and offline marketing communication system.
Formulate Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies.
Plan and execute global brand promotion campaigns.
Drive the synergistic development of content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing.
Build a cross-channel communication matrix to maximize reach.
**IV. Digital Marketing and Content Communication**
Formulate digital marketing strategies and content operation systems.
Establish communication mechanisms for official websites, social media, and digital platforms.
Drive AI-powered content marketing and precision communication.
Oversee the production of videos, white papers, case studies, press releases, and branded content.
Increase brand exposure, user engagement, and communication effectiveness.
**V. Public Relations and Media Communication**
Establish global media relations and public relations systems.

Job Requirements
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 20 years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or corporate communications.
Over 15 years of experience managing global marketing communication teams.
Familiarity with brand building for technology companies and international market communication models.
Experience in global brand strategic planning.
Professional Competencies
Proficiency in brand strategy and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and brand operation systems.
Excellent capabilities in media relations, PR management, and brand building.
