**Position Overview**
The Vice President of Operational Excellence is responsible for overseeing the optimization and enhancement of the enterprise's operational systems. Through process standardization, the establishment of collaborative mechanisms, and the application of continuous improvement methodologies, this role aims to elevate the organization's overall operational efficiency, execution quality, and resource utilization effectiveness, thereby supporting the high-quality realization of the company's strategic objectives.
**II. Core Responsibilities**
1. **Operational System & Standards Development**
* Construct an enterprise-wide operational management system and standardized processes.
* Formulate operational management policies and execution protocols.
* Establish a unified operational framework across different business lines.
* Drive the continuous optimization of the organization's operational model.
2. **Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement**
* Map, analyze, and optimize core business processes.
* Promote process standardization and ensure standardized execution.
* Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement (e.g., efficiency enhancement and process refinement).
* Improve end-to-end business execution efficiency.
3. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Execution Management**
* Coordinate efforts across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and various functional departments.
* Drive the efficient execution and delivery of key cross-departmental projects.
* Optimize internal collaboration mechanisms and communication workflows.
* Enhance overall organizational execution consistency.
4. **Digital Operations & Tool Development**
* Drive the development of digital operational capabilities.
* Build a comprehensive system for operational data analysis and visualization.
* Optimize business management systems and the application of operational tools.
* Enhance data-driven operational decision-making capabilities.
5. **Operational Metrics & Performance Management**
* Establish a unified system of operational metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
* Monitor key business operational performance indicators.
* Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Drive the achievement of operational targets and continuous optimization.
6. **Resource Optimization & Efficiency Enhancement**
* Optimize organizational resource allocation and utilization efficiency.
* Improve overall workforce productivity and business output levels.
* Support the optimization of cost structures and resource allocation models.
* Drive projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
7. **Risk Identification & Operational Assurance**
* Identify critical risk points within operational processes.
* Establish operational assurance and response mechanisms.
* Enhance business continuity and operational stability.
* Support the smooth execution of key projects.
8. Team Building & Capability Development
Build a high-performance Operations and PMO team
Cultivate talent in process management and operational analytics
Drive the implementation of operational management methodologies
Establish a culture of continuous improvement
III. Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher
Majors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Economic Management, or related fields
MBA preferred
Work Experience
20+ years of experience in operations management or management systems
5+ years of experience in a senior management role
Experience managing large organizations or complex business ecosystems
Experience in process optimization or digital transformation is a plus
