Job Overview
The Vice President, Product Management will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Shamekh Life Sciences’ global product strategy, innovation roadmap, and platform development initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of product management—including product vision, roadmap development, platform architecture alignment, and go-to-market readiness—ensuring alignment with the company’s biotechnology and blockchain-driven innovation model.
The VP of Product Management will play a critical role in translating complex scientific, technological, and regulatory requirements into scalable, user-centric products that drive adoption across healthcare, biotech, and institutional ecosystems.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product leadership within biotechnology, digital health, or blockchain-enabled platforms, with a proven ability to scale complex, regulated, and technology-intensive products in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership & Strategy
Lead and oversee Shamekh Life Sciences’ global product strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, scientific innovation, and market needs.
Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap across biotechnology, digital health, and blockchain platforms.
Establish product frameworks that integrate data security, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure product strategy supports long-term scalability, adoption, and ecosystem development.
Product Development & Execution
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management—from concept and design to development, launch, and iteration.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, research, and clinical teams to deliver high-impact products.
Align product development with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, clinical data standards).
Ensure agile, efficient execution across multiple product lines and technology platforms.
Platform Innovation & Technology Integration
Lead the integration of blockchain, AI, and bioinformatics into scalable healthcare and life sciences solutions.
Develop decentralized data platforms enabling secure, transparent, and patient-centric data exchange.
Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them into the product innovation pipeline.
Drive continuous innovation to maintain competitive advantage in biotech and Web3 healthcare ecosystems.
Go-To-Market & Product Commercialization
Partner with marketing, business development, and partnerships teams to define product positioning and launch strategies.
Support commercialization of products across healthcare providers, research institutions, and enterprise clients.
Define product-market fit across different user segments, including clinicians, researchers, and institutions.
Enable successful adoption through user experience optimization, education, and ecosystem engagement.
Data-Driven Product Management & Performance Optimization
Establish KPIs and product performance metrics aligned with adoption, engagement, and business impact.
Leverage analytics, user feedback, and market insights to continuously improve product offerings.
Implement product management tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Optimize product portfolio based on ROI, strategic value, and market demand.
Leadership & Organizational Development

Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in product management leadership within biotechnology, digital health, blockchain, or technology-driven industries.
Proven success in building and scaling complex, regulated, and data-intensive platforms.
Strong understanding of life sciences, healthcare systems, and decentralized technologies.
Experience integrating emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and data platforms into real-world applications.
Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership, scientific teams, and institutional stakeholders.
Exceptional strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
