Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in the New York Area, United States, for a Vice President of Sales for Advanced Materials. The Vice President of Sales will lead and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage and grow key accounts, oversee sales operations, and drive the overall performance of the sales. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, guiding sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives, ensuring sustainable growth in the global market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Strong background in Sales Operations and strategic planning
- Demonstrated skills in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Worked in the specialty chemicals industry or any related sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to operate effectively in an on-site, high-performance work environment
