- You'll partner directly with executive leadership, influence strategy through execution, build high-performing teams, and create lasting impact across customers, employees, and the business.
- As Vice President of Operations, you will own the operational performance of the business across Professional Services, Customer Success, Implementations, Technical Support, Account Management, and Business Operations.
- You will lead organizational transformation, improve operational excellence, and create scalable processes that support long-term growth in a recurring revenue SaaS environment.
Executive Operations Leadership
- Own end-to-end operational performance across Customer Success, Professional Services, Implementations, Technical Support, and Account Management.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, operational metrics, forecasting, and business reporting.
- Establish scalable operating rhythms, governance, and accountability frameworks.
Customer Success & Retention
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships and escalations.
- Improve Net Revenue Retention, customer satisfaction, implementation quality, adoption, and renewal readiness.
- Develop executive visibility into customer health, churn risk, implementation progress, and support trends.
- Ensure proactive executive communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
Professional Services & Delivery
· Standardize implementation methodology, onboarding, release management, support operations, and escalation paths.
· Improve project delivery predictability, quality, utilization, and customer outcomes.
Engineering Partnership
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities with customer commitments.
- Establish realistic release planning and delivery expectations.
- Create accountability across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Leadership
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
- Lead organizational change and operational maturity during growth.
- Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years leading Operations, Professional Services, Customer Success, Business Operations, or General Management within Healthcare SaaS, HealthTech, EMR/EHR, or enterprise software.
- Executive leadership experience as a Vice President Operations, General Manager, COO, or Business Unit Leader within Health IT, SaaS, EMR/EHR
- Experience leading cross-functional SaaS organizations with recurring revenue models.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, implementation services, customer success, technical support, and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product and Software Engineering leadership.
- Experience building KPIs, SLAs, governance, operational reporting, and scalable business processes.
- Track record improving customer retention, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Experience leading remote and distributed organizations.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- P&L ownership or business unit leadership strongly preferred.
