Role Description The Vice President Portfolio Management will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of multi-asset investment portfolios in a full-time, remote capacity. This role includes setting portfolio strategy, conducting in-depth market and security analysis, and ensuring portfolios remain aligned with client objectives, risk parameters, and internal guidelines. The Vice President will lead performance reviews, optimize asset allocation, and collaborate with research, risk, and client-facing teams to communicate portfolio positioning and results. Responsibilities also include developing investment policies, supporting new product initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management tools and processes. The role requires proactive engagement with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to maintain high standards of investment governance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Investments and Finance, with the ability to interpret market trends and economic data for portfolio decisions.
- Proven Portfolio Management and Asset Management skills, including asset allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for quantitative and qualitative analysis, modeling, and decision-making under uncertainty.
- Extensive experience in institutional or wealth management environments, preferably in a leadership or senior portfolio management role.
- Relevant academic background, such as a master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; professional designations (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions and geographies.
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and familiarity with applicable investment regulations and compliance requirements.
