Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with opportunities to work remotely part-time. As the Vice President/Senior Director of Partnerships, you will lead the development and cultivation of partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion. You will identify potential brand partners, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable, impactful results. Your responsibilities will include overseeing client relationship management, evaluating partnership performance, and devising innovative strategies to maximize value for partners. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding OpenFortune's network of collaborators across industries.

Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of Full-Cycle Brand Partnerships or Sponsorship Sales Experience
  • Business Development and Strategic Partnerships: Proven ability to forge, negotiate, and manage high-level business relationships with diverse brand partners.
  • Marketing and Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of advertising, brand engagement strategies, and market trends to craft compelling proposals.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong team management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills to represent the organization effectively.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Competence in analyzing market data, measuring ROI, and implementing strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proven experience in the media, advertising, or related industry, with demonstrated success in revenue-generating roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
  • Passion for innovative advertising solutions and a track record of driving impactful results for brands.
