Duties
- Provide friendly, efficient table service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through upselling and personalized recommendations, increasing sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform energetic dance routines and interact with guests on the floor to create an exciting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and handling when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms.
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service roles within fine dining or nightlife environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform energetic dance routines while maintaining professionalism during performances.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle serving duties with entertainment responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bussing enhances your ability to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and managing cash transactions accurately.
