HWI Custom Interiors is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our cabinet production operations. This role is essential to keeping our shop running efficiently by ensuring materials are received, organized, and delivered to production accurately and on time.
We are a fast-paced custom cabinetry shop looking for someone who takes pride in organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pull and stage materials for production jobs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Track and manage materials using company systems (tablets, Trello, etc.)
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Communicate with production staff and management regarding material needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and counting accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
