We’re currently hiring full-time and part-time Warehouse Associates to help with order fulfillment and production. This is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys warehouse work, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to be part of a small business where their work matters.
At Midwest Fragrance Company, our warehouse team plays an important role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely orders.
Our customers are makers and small business owners who create products like candles, soaps, wax melts, perfumes, bath and body products, and more. We’re passionate about providing quality products, prompt fulfillment and shipping, and resources that help our customers grow and thrive.
About Midwest Fragrance Company
We are a small business located in Chippewa Falls, WI. Before starting Midwest Fragrance Company, we were makers too. We built our own candle business from the ground up, so we understand what it feels like to build something one order, one customer, and one lesson at a time.
Today, we’re fortunate to supply fragrance oils and other products to thousands of makers and small business owners across the country.

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, your day-to-day work may include:
- Pulling and packing customer orders
- Bottling fragrance oils
- Breaking down and labeling products
- Stocking and organizing inventory
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Using equipment such as forklifts, production machines, and computer software
- Helping with other warehouse tasks as needed
This is a physical role. You’ll be moving around and on your feet throughout the day, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in an environment that is fairly fast-paced and busy.
Because of the nature of our products, you’ll likely come home smelling good! If you are sensitive to fragrances, this role may not be a good fit for you.
Some parts of the job will be repetitive. Some days will require flexibility as priorities shift. Because we are a small and growing company, adaptability is important.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in an environment with multiple scents and fragrances
- Basic computer skills
Compensation
$19.00 per hour
Schedule
We’re currently hiring both full-time and part-time Warehouse Associates.
Full-Time
Typically 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Some additional hours during peak season, especially around Black Friday
Part-Time
Typically 24 hours per week
Typically Monday–Wednesday
Typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Subject to change based on the needs of the company
