Nex-Gen Windows & Doors is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and inventory while supporting our production and installation teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and being an essential part of a successful team.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all incoming deliveries, inventory, warehouse organization, job staging, and material distribution. This position works closely with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Installation to ensure every project has the right materials at the right time.
This individual will also assist with deliveries, parts pickups, material transfers, and other operational needs as they arise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify all window, door, glass, trim, and material deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform routine inventory counts.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
- Stage materials for upcoming installation projects.
- Load installation crews with the correct products and supplies each day.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and coordinate replacements.
- Pick up parts, materials, and supplies from local vendors.
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Assist production, installation, and office teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Help improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and inventory management experience is required.
- Experience handling building materials, windows, doors, or construction products is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift and move 75+ pounds.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Employment Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Clean MVR (Driving Record)
- Because this position may occasionally assist at customer homes and job sites, professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service are essential.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
