Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor – Large Item Fulfillment Jobs in Port Wentworth at LONG YUAN FORWARDING INC
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, labeling, staging, loading, and outbound shipments.
- Manage medium and large-size item fulfillment operations in a safe and efficient manner.
- Coordinate warehouse staff and assign daily tasks based on order volume and shipping schedules.
- Monitor order accuracy, outbound timeliness, damage control, and overall warehouse productivity.
- Handle order exceptions, including damaged items, shortages, incorrect shipments, and missing items.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, location management, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure warehouse employees follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate with office, customer service, and operations teams regarding order status and exceptions.
- Support process improvements to increase fulfillment efficiency and reduce operational errors.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience with medium or large-size items such as furniture, mattresses, appliances, rugs, or home goods is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Previous team lead, supervisor, or warehouse floor management experience preferred.
- Ability to manage daily warehouse workflow and coordinate staff effectively.
- Basic computer skills required; experience with Excel, WMS, shipping systems, or inventory systems preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, move, or assist with large items as needed.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,600.00 per year
