Role Description
NOW HIRING — Warehouse Manager

Resin Rock is a fast-growing company in the resin bound and coatings industry, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
* Managing daily warehouse operations
* Leading and managing a small warehouse staff
* Organizing shipments, inventory, containers, and warehouse flow
* Coordinating nationwide and international logistics
* Dispersing and handling resin materials
* Preparing and managing freight shipments
* Working with UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and shipping systems
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse management experience
* Forklift experience required
* Experience with logistics and shipping coordination
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Adaptive to constant change in a fast-growing company
* Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
