Timing: 4 days a week. Monday thru Thursday. 32 hours. Early June through early October. Can work Fridays if wanting more hours.
Approximate Schedule:
Monday 7-4
Tuesday 7-4
Wednesday 7-4
Thursday 7-4
One hour lunch break each day, off the clock.
15 minute coffee break in the morning.
Description: Wash, weigh, organize and prep vegetables for CSA distribution and Market. Make coffee for the whole crew for coffee break. Record Keeping.
Skills Required:
Organization, a firm grasp of basic math, ability to concentrate in a sometimes hectic environment, ability to work outside in all types of weather. Ability to lift 30# ‘s repeatedly. Timely.
Compensation:
$16.50/hour. One full share of vegetables.
Bonus:
We will give you a bonus $.50 for every hour worked during the time period agreed upon. Example: if you agree to work from June 2nd-October 15th, and you complete that time frame, you will receive an extra $.50 for every hour worked. If you leave earlier then we agreed upon at the beginning of the season you will lose your eligibility for the bonus.
