Compensation: $20 to $25 Hourly

What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. One day you may be extracting water from a flooded home. The next, you’re engineering a structural drying plan using moisture mapping and specialty equipment, helping salvage priceless belongings, and guiding a family through one of the hardest days of their lives.
As part of our team, you’ll:
- Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
- Perform water extraction and structural drying
- Install and monitor specialty drying equipment
- Use moisture meters and thermal imaging to develop drying plans
- Perform controlled demolition and mold remediation when needed
- Protect customer belongings and job sites
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call to the final walkthrough
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to serve our communities when emergencies happen

What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of water mitigation/restoration experience
- IICRC WRT Certification (or equivalent experience)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
- Additional IICRC certifications
- Mold remediation experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
