- Minimum 2 years of water damage mitigation/restoration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn, improve, and grow professionally
