About the Role
LP Marlowe Roofing and Waterproofing is a well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor in San Antonio seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Waterproofing Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial waterproofing applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and repair of commercial waterproofing systems (roofs, walls, foundations, balconies, plazas, and below-grade structures)
- Apply various waterproofing materials including membranes, coatings, sealants, and drainage systems
- Conduct surface preparation, crack injection, and leak remediation
- Work with fluid-applied membranes, sheet membranes, and hot-applied systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot waterproofing failures on existing structures
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and crews to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial waterproofing
- Strong knowledge of commercial building envelopes and waterproofing best practices
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
