Uni K Wax Frisco is hiring a friendly, professional, and sales-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join our weekend team.
We are a professional waxing studio known for providing an exceptional customer experience using our exclusive all-natural ELASTIK® Wax. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can help every client feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment they walk in.
This position is perfect for someone who is personable, organized, dependable, and enjoys beauty, wellness, and customer service.
Position:
Weekend Front Desk / Customer Experience Coordinator
Pay:
$13 per hour + commission on memberships, packages, and retail sales
Schedule:
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
Answering phone calls, assisting with bookings, and managing appointments
Checking clients in and out
Educating clients about memberships, service packages, promotions, and retail products
Selling memberships and packages when appropriate
Supporting a smooth client experience from arrival to checkout
Keeping the front desk area and studio presentation clean, organized, and welcoming
Assisting with occasional promotional events or flyer distribution when scheduled
What we’re looking for:
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable talking to clients and recommending memberships or packages
Reliable and punctual
Organized and able to multitask
Positive attitude with clients and team members
Professional appearance at all times
Fluent in English
Previous front desk, sales, spa, salon, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
