We’re a fast-paced, family-owned window cleaning company looking for reliable team members. Most work is in Big Sky, with daily meet-ups in Bozeman and paid drive time to job sites.
Pay: $25–$35/hr (depending on experience, reliability, and productivity)
Season: May 15th – December 23rd
Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities
What You’ll Do:
- Clean interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial properties
- Use ladders, extension poles, and professional equipment
- Inspect your work to ensure high-quality results
- Work efficiently with a small, fast-moving crew
Requirements:
- Window cleaning experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably at heights
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
