Job Description
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, reviewing their account information for accuracy, generate descriptive repair orders
- Educate clients about factory and dealer service recommendations
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicles
- Providing accurate estimates and approvals and final billing invoices
- Reviewing paperwork with customers and provide a detailed exit interview
- Manage and resolve any customer grievances
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive Honda Service Advisor
- Must demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and strong sales performance
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Working with technicians to serve as a liaison between customers and our organization
- Adequate computer and typing skills
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
