Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
- Use POS systems to accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours by utilizing effective time management skills.
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Support the team during peak hours in a nightclub or restaurant setting by managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
