Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and team members
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Analyze client progress and adjust programming
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
- Support implementation of engaging, play-based ABA services
- Help our learners build independence, communication, and self-advocacy skills
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Ohio licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with autistic learners
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for compassionate, engaging, play-based ABA

Pay: $65,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
