We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge roof management solutions. Your efforts will help expand our market presence and strengthen our reputation as industry leaders in commercial roof asset management. Duties

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and market research using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Develop strategic plans to approach new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our real-time roof management system.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and our service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and follow-up activities within CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing customer satisfaction. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management principles and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, build relationships quickly, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts related to roofing or facility asset management is a plus but not required.
