Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and restoration of damaged contents using specialized techniques and equipment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other restoration industry equipment to disassemble, clean, and prepare items for reconditioning or disposal
- Operate carpet cleaning machines and other cleaning equipment to restore textiles and surfaces effectively
- Document all work performed accurately and maintain detailed records of contents’ condition before, during, and after restoration
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction, cleaning, or mold remediation is highly preferred
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and carpet cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently
- Strong physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and working in various environments
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and proper documentation
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as needed
