Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth, ensuring each caller feels valued.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry tasks using our medical records system.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Support office management tasks including phone etiquette enforcement, office organization, and basic bookkeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow across departments.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
