We are a growing company looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to join our team as our Customer Service, Warehouse & Shipping Manager. This is a full-time, on-site, multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day customer service, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory organization, receiving, and stock management
- Process and coordinate shipping for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Handle credit card disputes and chargebacks filed by customers, including gathering documentation, communicating with payment processors, and following cases through to resolution
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, returns, and disputes
- Identify and recommend improvements to fulfillment and customer service processes
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing track of details
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in customer service, warehouse/shipping operations, or chargeback/dispute handling is a strong plus
- Comfortable learning new software and order management systems
