What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression

• Accurately take customer orders and process payments

• Ensure order accuracy and quality product presentation

• Address guest questions and concerns in a friendly, timely manner

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable service area

• Keep front counter and service areas stocked and organized

• Clean dining room tables and floors, clean and restock restrooms as needed

• Follow all company uniform standards

• Maintain a positive, respectful work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
