Dental Treatment Sales Consultant Jobs in Meridian at McRae Dental

Are you a top-performing salesperson who thrives on building relationships, earning trust, closing high-value sales, and helping people say "yes" to life-changing decisions??

Transform Lives. Build Relationships. Close Life-Changing Treatment.

McRae Dental is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Treatment Sales Consultant to become one of the most influential members of our team.

This isn’t your typical dental office job.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with people, uncover their concerns, communicate value, and confidently ask for the sale. Every day, you’ll meet with patients who have already been diagnosed by our doctors. Your role is to help them understand their treatment, answer questions, discuss financial options, and confidently move forward with care.

Many of our treatment plans range from $10,000 to over $50,000, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable discussing significant investments and enjoys helping people make important decisions.

No dental experience? No problem.

We’ll teach you the dentistry. You bring the sales skills, relationship-building ability, confidence, and drive to succeed.

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

  • Loves building genuine relationships with people
  • Has a proven background in consultative or high-ticket sales
  • Is confident discussing large investments and asking for the commitment
  • Understands that people buy from people they trust
  • Is motivated by goals and enjoys winning
  • Doesn’t get discouraged by objections—you know how to educate, build confidence, and help people make informed decisions
  • Takes ownership of every customer interaction from beginning to end
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, home improvement, luxury retail, real estate, automotive sales, financial services, or other consultative sales industries is highly encouraged.

What You’ll Do

As our Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll become one of the primary faces of our practice and one of the most important relationships our patients have.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building trust and lasting relationships with patients
  • Becoming the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Presenting treatment plans with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Explaining treatment recommendations in a way patients can easily understand
  • Presenting financial options and helping patients confidently invest in their health
  • Consistently increasing treatment acceptance by educating patients and asking for the commitment
  • Following up with patients who are considering treatment and helping them move forward
  • Keeping our doctors’ schedules productive by maintaining a healthy pipeline of scheduled treatment
  • Coordinating patients from consultation through surgery and final treatment
  • Ensuring consent forms, financial agreements, and required documentation are completed
  • Following up on medical clearances and communicating with physicians when necessary
  • Working closely with our dental laboratory to ensure every surgical case is fully prepared with all required scans, records, prescriptions, and documentation
  • Collaborating with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isn’t measured simply by sales—it’s measured by relationships.

The best Treatment Sales Consultants understand that people move forward with treatment because they trust the person sitting across from them.

You’ll become a trusted advisor, advocate, coach, and guide for every patient. You’ll celebrate their milestones, answer their questions, calm their fears, and help them confidently make one of the most important investments they’ll ever make—in their health.

You’ll also be accountable for:

  • High treatment acceptance
  • Strong patient relationships
  • Consistent follow-up
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Keeping treatment on schedule
  • Helping our practice achieve ambitious production goals
