Role Overview
We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator to help drive growth and partnerships across schools, brands, and community organizations. This position will focus on outreach, sponsorships, and relationship-building to support our upcoming league and overall organizational initiatives.
We’re looking for passionate individuals to help us build connections, grow partnerships, and expand our community presence.
About Nameless Esports
Nameless Esports currently hosts a weekly Rocket League tournament series and is expanding into a freelance esports marketplace with training programs and youth initiatives nationwide. Our goal is to create competitive opportunities that prepare players for success both inside and outside of esports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, and local organizations
- Identify and secure sponsorships and brand collaborations
- Conduct outreach to high schools for participation in the 2026 league launch
- Support community engagement efforts through social media, email, and Discord
- Represent Nameless Esports in a professional and positive manner during communications and meetings
- Collaborate with leadership to build long-term partnership strategies
Requirements
- Must have a Discord account
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and organized with a professional approach to outreach
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to pass a standard background check
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales, community outreach, or partnership development
- Familiarity with esports or youth sports organizations
- Previous involvement with sponsorship or brand relationship management
