About the Role
Utter Declutter is a high-end residential organization company serving luxury homeowners in Naples and Southwest Florida. We design beautiful, functional spaces for clients who care deeply about how their homes feel and function — and we’re hiring full-time home organizers to bring those spaces to life.
This is hands-on work inside private residences. Master closets, kitchen pantries, mudrooms, bathrooms, garages, kids’ rooms — every space gets the same level of detail, intention, and care. Our clients are discerning, and our work reflects that standard.
Compensation
- Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill
- Schedule: 30+ hours/week, Monday–Saturday, typically 6-hour project days
- W-2 Employee: Proper payroll, tax withholding, and workers’ compensation coverage
- Annual earnings: $30,000 – $44,000+ depending on hours and pay rate
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working inside high-end residential spaces alongside our crew lead and team
- Sorting, categorizing, decluttering, and organizing client belongings with care and intention
- Installing organizational systems (containers, drawer dividers, labels, hangers, etc.)
- Folding, hanging, and arranging clothing and personal items beautifully
- Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintaining a clean, organized worksite at all times
- Following established processes and quality standards
- Completing projects on time and on budget
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States with authorization to work
- Native-level or fully fluent English with clear, neutral pronunciation
- Strong verbal communication skills suitable for representing a premium brand to high-net-worth clientele
- Reliable transportation to client homes throughout Naples and Southwest Florida
- Physical capability for active work: on your feet 6 hours/day, climbing step stools, lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable handling personal items including clothing, intimate apparel, and family belongings with discretion and professionalism
- Available Monday through Saturday during daytime business hours
- Reliable and punctual — you show up every shift, on time, ready to work
Preferred Experience
- Prior home organizing, professional organizing, or interior styling experience
- Background in luxury residential services (housekeeping, design, staging)
- Experience working in high-end private homes
- Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail (please share examples in your application)
Candidates without direct organizing experience but with exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the right personality for working in private homes are encouraged to apply.
