Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting sinks, countertops, toilets, tubs, and showers
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine
- Provide exceptional customer service by respecting clients’ preferences and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies to promote a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week
