Processed Metals Innovators (PMI) is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Huck/Pem/Assembly Technician to join our growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in building quality products, and like working with tools and blueprints, we’d love to meet you.
This position plays an important role in assembling precision metal components while maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble metal components into completed assemblies and subassemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly equipment safely
- Install fasteners, rivets, bolts, nuts, and other hardware
- Deburr and countersink parts as needed
- Complete production paperwork and issue components through our ERP system
- Perform visual quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report quality, equipment, or material concerns to your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions (preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands and arms
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $18.25 – $22.90 per hour
