THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for two IT Technicians to join our growing Australia team, one based in each Sydney and Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and supporting live events. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT rental solutions, including setup, configuration, and on-site technical support for events across Australia.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, iPads, printers, networking devices)
- Prepare and test equipment prior to dispatch
- Provide on-site technical support at events and client locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues under time pressure
- Assist with warehouse operations including stock control and logistics
- Install and support Wi-Fi networks and connectivity solutions
- Ensure all equipment is returned, checked, and reset after use
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and event teams
- Travel to event sites as required (sometimes outside standard hours)
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE……
- Previous experience in IT support, AV, or event technology
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and mobile devices
- Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, Wi-Fi setup)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in live event environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
