The WSESU is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential health support to our students. The LNA will assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment, allowing students to focus on their educational goals.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with complex medical needs, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Monitor and document student health data and maintain confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA and FERPA.Assist students with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers as needed.Support the implementation of individual Health Care Plans and 504 Plans.Job RequirementsDegree Preferred: High School/Trade School (with active LNA certification).Experience Preferred: 12 years in a pediatric, school-based, or clinical setting.Licensure: Current and valid State License as a Nursing Assistant (LNA).
