We are dedicated to providing the highest quality product ensuring customer satisfication. We are a growing company and are looking for line worker/ packager to join our team.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Job Purpose: Responsible for reading work instructions/traveler, hanging and packaging of parts, masking parts, counting of parts, and visual inspection of parts.
Job Description:
- Hanging parts work instruction/traveler
- Counting parts
- Masking parts
- Blowing parts off with air gun as needed
- Packaging Parts per work instruction/traveler
- Creating and priting parts labels from ERP system
- Hang/Unload parts on automated line
- Pre-rack parts off line
- Putting parts on the wash conveyor, taking parts off the conveyor, hanging them on line or manual washing larger parts-Push Pull Line
- Manually moving parts to each station on a tracking system. -Push Pull Line
- Blowing parts off with air gun to remove debris or water collecting in parts.
- Inspecting parts for defects
- Prep parts such as sanding
- Light assembly
- Work in different departments as needed
- Ensuring work area is organized and clean
- Any and all housekeeping task’s, ex. emptying garbage’s, sweeping floors
- Follow all company Safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills required
- Read and comprehend work instructions and prints
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Great time management skills
- Self–Motivation
- Mechanical Ability
- Able to work efficiently in a team setting or independently
Physical Requirements:
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The temperature conditions vary from 60-100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs.
- Standing, bending, twisting for 8-10 hours per day
