Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Prepare machines for operation by adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring proper configuration.
- Operation Monitoring: Operate machinery according to specifications, monitor performance, and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime, escalating complex problems to maintenance or supervisors when necessary.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Documentation: Record production data, including output levels, machine issues, and downtime, as required by company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Pay: $18.77 – $24.72 per hour
