New Home Sales Assistant Jobs in Savannah at Konter Quality Homes

The New Home Sales Assistant will greet prospective buyers, provide general information about available homes and floor plans, maintain the appearance and organization of the model home, and assist the sales team with administrative and customer-service responsibilities.

This is a full-time position requiring five workdays per week, including every Saturday. The remaining workdays and regular days off will be established based on the needs of the sales center.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Open, staff, and close the model home and sales center according to the established schedule.
  • Greet prospective homebuyers and create a welcoming, professional first impression.
  • Ask basic questions to understand each visitor’s home-buying interests and needs.
  • Provide accurate general information about available homes, floor plans, community features, pricing, and the home-buying process.
  • Register visitors and maintain accurate prospect information in the company’s customer-management system.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up communication for members of the sales team.
  • Distribute brochures, floor plans, community maps, and other sales materials.
  • Maintain an organized supply of sales and marketing materials.
  • Keep the model home, sales office, and customer areas neat, organized, and presentation-ready.
  • Complete basic administrative tasks, reports, data entry, and filing as requested.
  • Follow company procedures and represent Konter Quality Homes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other sales-center and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, office administration, real estate, or homebuilding is preferred.
  • Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently for portions of the workday.
  • Ability to manage several inquiries and responsibilities at the same time.
  • Basic proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, online forms, and customer-management software.
  • Ability to learn and accurately communicate information about homes, floor plans, pricing, and community features.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Schedule Requirements

  • Full-time schedule of five days per week.
  • Saturday availability is required.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.

This person should be naturally welcoming, highly dependable, organized, and able to maintain a polished and professional environment throughout the day. An interest in homes, interior design, real estate, or residential construction is beneficial.

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
