About the Role:
We are seeking warm, dedicated professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) through the New York State Early Intervention Program. You’ll work one-on-one with children and families in home or community settings, using evidence-based strategies to support communication, behavior, play, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized ABA sessions for children under age 3
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision (if required)
- Take clear data and track progress
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s in Special Ed Birth – Age 3, LMSW, LCSW
- Bilingual is a plus
- Proof of degree required
- Must complete ABA training (unless already certified or trained)
- All NYS Early Intervention documentation and clearances required
- Prior experience with children or early intervention
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
