Northampton High School Paraeducator (1) RBT trained for High Needs is required. 32.50 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. 3:45 p.m. Hourly Pay Rate: $26.92 – $33.44 based on experience Start date: August 24, 2026 Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree or its equivalent: ParaPro or similar assessment program certificate, or 48 hours college credits preferred. Professional development as required.Experience working with children. IF HIRED: Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS Fingerprint Background Checks prior to start of employment.BENEFITS: Full benefits and privileges are consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Paraeducator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
