Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts & Warranty Coordinator to join our small, but growing RV Dealership. In this vital role, you will assist with some service advisor duties and you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, repairs, or maintenance. You will coordinate service appointments, communicate repair needs clearly, and manage warranty claims and parts orders efficiently. Your energetic approach and knowledge will ensure a seamless experience for our customers while supporting the dealership’s operational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine excellent customer service with RV expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, understanding their RV concerns and scheduling appropriate service appointments
- Take and relay messages to the appropriate team members
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and parts requirements
- Manage parts inventory, order parts as needed, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability
- Handle warranty claims efficiently by writing and submitting warranties, verifying coverage, submitting claims, and following up on reimbursement
- Maintain detailed service writing records, process invoices accurately, and handle parts sales and service transactions responsibly
Requirements
- Dealership experience or RV background with a solid understanding of RV diagnostics and repairs preferred
- Experience working with service technicians preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients of all backgrounds a must
- Familiarity with service procedures and software preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment a must

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
