What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee all active painting and carpentry projects
- Manage production schedules and crew capacity
- Lead and develop project managers and field personnel
- Ensure projects stay on budget and maintain profit targets
- Monitor job costing and labor performance
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations
- Conduct quality control inspections and job site visits
- Improve systems, processes, and production efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with homeowners throughout projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time and at a 5-star standard
- Track key production KPIs and drive accountability
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days:
- Production schedules are organized and predictable
- Homeowners receive proactive communication
- Projects are consistently completed on time
- Gross profit goals are being achieved
- Customer reviews and satisfaction scores improve
- The production team operates with greater accountability
- The owner is no longer the primary person solving production issues
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of project management, operations, or production management experience
- Residential construction, painting, remodeling, roofing, landscaping, or home service experience preferred
- Strong leadership and accountability skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and project management software
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- A desire to grow personally and professionally alongside a growing company
