We are looking for a driven Production Manager to join our leadership team – someone who takes ownership, leads with purpose, and helps push our company to the next level. We can teach systems, but we can’t teach character. That’s why we’re not just hiring for skill – we’re hiring for the right person.
Compensation: Starting at $42,000/year with performance bonuses and room to grow as the company grows.
About the Role
As Production Manager, you are the operational backbone of our field operations. Your primary objective is to ensure that every sold job is executed on time, on budget, and at our quality standards – while maintaining seamless communication across crews, the office, and leadership.
Responsibilities
– Plan and confirm crew routes each evening for the following workday
– Oversee all active jobs daily – monitoring quality, pace, and customer satisfaction
– Order all required materials by 3:00 PM the day before production
– Hold crews accountable to daily progress reporting by 2:00 PM
– Deliver a clear end-of-day production report to leadership
– Lead the weekly production meeting (Thursdays at 7:00 AM)
– Manage timesheets and job costing weekly
– Monitor crew performance and coach where needed
– Identify and control change orders immediately
– Keep customers proactively updated throughout each job
– Capture before/after job-site photos to support marketing
